It started in 1990 living in Dearborn, MI. My wife and I visited Las Vegas and while standing on the corner of Tropicana and Las Vegas Boulevard on a cloudless warm day, my wife and I looked at each other and said in unison 'we could live here'. It took two years, but we packed up and put our three children, all under age five, in the van, said our good bye's, and ventured out. Believe me: it wasn't as easy as it sounds. J
Fast forward to today, my children are ages 27, 29 & 31. My eldest lives in South Carolina with her husband, the middle child owns her own home here in Las Vegas, and my youngest is living in California. I am also a proud new Grand Parent this past October.
I started out in Las Vegas working for the Golden Nugget and quickly fell in love with the vibrant world of casinos. In 1993 I applied for a position to open the, then brand new, MGM Grand. I was hired into Slot operations, and quickly moved over to Slot Marketing. After 10 years with MGM, I moved on to Caesars Entertainment where I was lucky enough to fall into the Player Development Team.
